Agents/Corporate Clients Module

Designed to allow agents or corporate clients to make, change and cancel reservations online. Individual property owners can configure each agent/corporate client with a room allocation, room rate and (optionally) a discount. They can turn on or off the ability for individual agents/corporate clients to log in and book online. RezEasy Portal includes this module as part of the package.

Creating, changing or cancelling reservations updates the database immediately, and property owners can access the reservation. Email confirmation messages are sent to you, the property owner and the agent/corporate client. Details of the reservation can be printed and given to the guest in a voucher. This voucher will show prices before any agent discount is applied.
