Main Administration & Global Configuration

This section is the central administration where you add hotels and agents. Set the global configuration (currencies, languages, payment system), edit or upload templates, and carry out general system maintenance.

The Front Desk is where you configure hotel-specific data.

Front Desk (Property Management System)

This section is the hotel-specific data and configuration area. For example, you configure taxes, discounts, rates, rooms, extras, agents allocations, POS, booking restrictions, housekeeping, users, and packages.). The Front Desk contains reservations, guests, folios, housekeeping, POS, financial, management, channel manager, reports, email, address book, and bulletin board.

Agents/Corporate Client Module

This area is the online booking system for Agents/Corporate Clients. In the Property Management System, you can specify which agents can access this module, their allocations and rate.

Agents/Corporate Clients can make and manage reservations up to their daily allocation at the specified rates. You can also manage reservations made through this module in the Property Management System.

Online Reservation System & Transaction Manager

This section is the online booking system. Guests can make reservations online at the rates you specify. Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to X days before arrival (you select X in the booking restrictions).

You can also manage any reservations made through this booking engine in the Property Management System.

Guest Portal

Guests can use this area to view their reservations, settings and profile. They can also access the online reservation System from this area and make new reservations or change/cancel existing ones (subject to the same restrictions specified at the Front Desk).

If the guest is currently resident in your hotel they can also view their current bill online.


After purchasing the optional channel manager module, you can select the channel manager you are using from those supported by RezEasy PMS.
