shop@home Enterprise - Module Features

shop@home Enterprise is built on a modular basis. This allows you to add specific features to the program as and when these are needed. Modules can be integrated into shop@home when you build your site or added later with minimal changes to existing pages.

xship Module

Allows you to determine shipping costs based on the weight of your products, shipping method, shipping options, and delivery destination., Replaces shop@home's standard cost based shipping calculation.

• Up to 6 different carriers and/or shipping options.
• Up to 90 different shipping weights.
• Up to 15 different shipping zones.
• Add or deduct sales tax or VAT depending on the delivery destination.
• World wide shipping, in country shipping or both.
• You can have separate checkout pages for in country and world wide delivery.
• A percentage rate surcharge can be added to the calculated weight/cost. This can be applied either as a percentage increase to the weight or as a percentage increase to the cost.
• Up to three flat rate surcharges can be applied to the calculated shipping cost.
• Percentage rate surcharge is applied across the board.
• Flat rate surcharges can be added across the board, selectively by shipping zone, or optionally by the shopper.

tbase Module

Builds a product catalogue and product pages on-the-fly from information that is exported from your database. Ideal for use with large product inventories or where products and prices change frequently.

Features

• Uses ASCII data files that can be exported from most database applications.
• Pages are created dynamically from these data files, so updating a data file will also update your web pages.
• Products can be selected by product type or category.
• Pages can include image files for your products.
• Pages can include HTML to pop up a "More Details" window.
• No limit on the number of different products or product categories.
• Uses template files and the style sheet created using shop@home.pro's style creator. Therefore, you have complete control over the look and layout of your web pages.
• Choice of product page layouts.

Transaction Manager

Is designed to record credit card transactions on your secure server. These transaction can then be processed using your existing merchant account. Quick and easy to setup up. You do not have to edit scripts or write program code. Just run the setup utility and enter information about your web site. Then make a few simple changes to the template pages and you are ready to install Transaction Manager on your server. Features: Fully integrated with RezEasy, Rayserve, RezEasy Autos and shop@home. Can also accept data from other shopping cart and e-commerce software. Comprehensive credit card transaction fraud scoring using the preCharge system. Unlimited number of user accounts. Password protected logon to each users Transaction Table. Allows user to (securely) view transactions and view/maintain Transaction Table over the Internet using SSL protocol. Only encrypted transaction data stored on server. Only encrypted passwords stored on server. The password file uses one-way encryption and cannot be decrypted even if the original encryption key is known. Creates backup log file that can be used by the administrator to restore deleted transactions to a user's Transaction Table. Can be administered over the Internet using a web browser.

Inventory Manager

Checks current stock levels as items are added to the shopping basket. If items are out of stock or insufficient stock exists the shopper is informed. As items are purchased stock levels are automatically adjusted in real time.

• Export and import product and stock data from virtually any database or spreadsheet.
• Stock levels updated in real time as items are purchased.
• The Stock File is created (over the Internet) from a Product File that has been exported from a database or spreadsheet. A new Stock File can be created at any time.
• View or print the contents of the Product File at any time using a web browser.

Site Search Module

Allows visitors to your online store to search for pages containing a key word or phrase. The results of the search are displayed in the visitor's browser. If you are using our tbase module a search will also be made of the Product Data File.

Features

• Specify which directories and files to search.
• Can also search product file if the tbase module is installed.
• Search for one or more words.
• Search can be for any or all of the words entered into the search box.
• Search is case insensitive.
• Common words like "and, "or", "the", "a" etc. are filtered out to avoid distorted results
• Optionally turn on keyword highlighting in pages accessed from the search results.
• Uses template pages and the style sheet created using shop@home.pro's Style Creator. Therefore, you have complete control over the look and feel of your web pages
