Do I pay extra for user licenses?
The cost of RezEasy Front Desk includes 8 user licenses. Additional user licenses can be purchased if required. « FAQ list»

Can I control what individual users can do in RezEasy?
Yes each user can be assigned one or more user rights. When the user logs in only those features for which the user has rights will be available.
