Rates, Rate Bands

This function is accessed using the Hire Company ID and password that you enter into RezEasy's configuration. After you log in you will be able to select what you want to edit. The available options are show below:

Hire company owners can access rates for their hire company only. The administrator can access rates for all companies. You can restrict access by hire company owners if you wish.

Inventory (Availability)

If you wish to modify inventory (availability) this can be done in two different ways (see below)

By Vehicle Group/Type and Year - Inventory can be set for each day of the year

Per Month for All Vehicle Groups/Types - Inventory is set for any month
