View Inventory (Availability)

This function is accessed using the Hire Company ID and password that you enter into RezEasy's configuration. There are three options View Inventory for a date, View Inventory for a month or View Inventory graph.

Hire company owners can view inventory for their hire company only. The administrator can view inventory for all companies. You can restrict access by hire company owners if you wish.

View Inventory for a Date

This shows the number of vehicles that are available for the date you entered. Example:

View Inventory for a Month

This shows the number of vehicles that are available for the month you entered. Example:

View Inventory Graph

This shows a graphical representation of vehicles available for each month of the year that you entered. The graph is for one vehicle group/type only. You can change the vehicle group/type using the select box below the graph. Example:
