Online Administration Demo

Hire company owners will see reports for their company only. The administrator can view reports for a single company or all companies. You can restrict access by hire company owners if you wish by removing some or all of the Hire Company Owner Functions.

		Administrator Only Functions
		Agents/Corporate Client Module Add or edit agent/corporate client data, view sales amde by agent/corporate clients.
		Promotional Codes Module Add, edit, view or delete promotional codes. These can be member code, discount code or discount code with expires date.
		Cleanup View and clean up temporary booking files from the server.
		MySQL Query Query the database using MySQL commands. (Only applicable if you selected MySQL in RezEasy configuration)
		Hire Company Owner Functions
		View Reports View reports for reservations, cancellations, monthly sales, sales analysis, hirer contact details. Or download reservation and cancellation data.
		Search Reports Search the database for a particular reservation, hirer details or display records for a specific date.
		Vehicle Rates, Rate Bands, Inventory Edit or view rates, rate bands, vehicle details, max/min number of occupants per vehicle, edit inventory etc.
		View Inventory View inventory by date, by month or graphically for an entire year.
		Set Inventory/Block Dates Set inventory for different dates or block dates from being booked.
		Add a Booking Add a booking that you have taken by telephone, mail or walk in customer etc.
		Upload Pictures Upload pictures for the information page, pictures gallery and thumbnail image for search results. View the pictures already uploaded.
