Remote Booking Form

This booking form is used to add a booking that you have accepted by telephone, mail or walk in customer etc. When you submit a booking using this form RezEasy will update the room availability and add the booking to those recorded on your web server.

  • You can add a booking that you have accepted by telephone, mail or walk in customer etc.
  • When you add a booking in this way it will be included in reports produced by RezEasy.
  • NOTE: You must enter the price PER ROOM for TOTAL NUMBER OF NIGHTS.

  2. When you add a booking using this form there is no check of room availability (it is assumed that you have done that already)
  3. Extras includes any surcharges and tax that you entered into the configuration and is shown per room.
  4. Long stay discounts are NOT calculated. If you want to offer a discount include it in the Room Total.
  5. The Total Cost and Deposit are for all rooms and the total length of stay.
  6. Room availability will be updated when you submit this form (assuming you have set immediate update on).
  7. The booking will be recorded on the server and will appear in the reports that RezEasy produces.
