Set Availability/Block Dates

Using this feature of the online administration you can set the availability for one or more periods. A maximum of 8 periods can be set at one time.

After you log in you will see a new page.

Begin by selecting the room type from the drop down list.

Enter the start date and end date of the period to set and the availability for that period. Entering 0 (zero) means there is no availability, entering 1 means 1 room available.

You don't have to enter details into all 8 lines but if you enter a date into a line you must complete the whole line.
