RezEasy Hotel Reservation PortalRezEasy Reservation Portal is a complete package that allows travel and booking agents to offer an online reservation system to hotels, motels, villas and holiday apartments. The design of the template pages, setup, installation and testing is carried out by Hallisoft as part of the cost of RezEasy Portal. You can determine how to run the portal and what to charge each property owner. There is no commission or monthly fee to pay to Hallisoft - just the initial cost of the software. Therefore, all the income generated by the portal is yours.How it WorksSign Up: Property owners visit your site and sign up for your reservation portal. You set the fee that each property owner pays and the terms and conditions of the contract. Payment can either be an annual fee or a percentage of each booking cost.Acceptance: The property owner receives (by email) a User ID and password to access the portal. This can either be automatic, subject to your approval, or subject to a fee being paid. Property Owner Input: The property owner enters details about their property online via a web browser. Details include description, facilities, rooms rates, charging structure etc. Download: You receive an email informing you that the property details have been entered. Then login to RezEasy, download the data, and import it into RezEasy's publisher. You can review and edit the data if you wish. RezEasy then publishes the pages for the new property. Upload: After RezEasy has published the pages for the new property you upload them to your web site. The property is now live and available for guests to book over the Internet.
