RezEasy 7.5 What's New

RezEasy 7.5 is a major update from version 6.* and contains many new features plus a host of improvements.

• Added Day/Week/Month Rates - with rates per day, per week and per month.
• Added 365 Day Rates - specify a different rate for any period of the year.
• When charging per person you can specify different rates for up to 5 persons per room plus a child price (additional adults above 5 will be charged at the same rate as children).
• Define up to 3 different tax rates and specify which rate applies to which item.
• Tell RezEasy to get the name of each guest included in the booking and the ages of each child
• Tell RezEasy to take a deposit at the time of booking or if arrival is within a certain period take the full amount (online payments require an account with a payment gateway)
• New payment gateways added.
• Create and manage promotional codes.
• New arrivals, departures report and in-house guests reports.
• Last minute deals search and display added.
• Revised layout for search results.
• New Mobile Booking Engine (this is an optional add-on at extra cost)
• Select RezEasy's built in database or use a MySQL database.

Mobile Application

This is an add-on application that is optimized for smart phones. It works using the phones web browser and does not require the user to download any software which means they can access the reservation system immediately. The application is built for a typical smart phone screen which is 480 x 800 pixels, but will work equally well on higher resolutions screens like the latest Apple iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad.
