Rayserve is available in two versions, Standard and Agency

• No additional software or scripts needed to get your Internet reservation system up and running.
• Reservations can be supported by credit card or just sent by email. Booking details emailed direct to you.
• Fully customisable "look and feel" for your web pages.
• You can specify up to 8 different rates per room, up to 12 different room types, charge per room or per person, have reduced rates for children, specify min. & max. number of occupants per room, specify min. & max. number of nights that can be booked, specify lead time for bookings, specify dates when rooms cannot be booked, specify overbooking allowance.
• No limit on the number of rooms for each room type.
• You can include any number of options (meals, airport pickup, tours etc.) on the booking form. Options can be prided per room, per person or per booking. Rayserve includes cost of options selected by the visitor in the calculated total.
• Use any currency for your web site. Rayserve includes full currency formatting.
• Multi currency total display.
• Fixed amount and/or a percentage charge can be added to or deducted from the booking total.
• Discount can be applied after a predetermined length of stay.
• Tax can be added the total cost of the booking.
• Rayserve can (optionally) check room availability and automatically update its reservation table as rooms are booked.
• Collect additional data by adding extra fields to the confirmation form.
• Program setup utility, style creator, message creator, page writer and data file editor included in the package.
• Built-in connectivity to your own secure server or third party secure payment systems.
