Reservations cancelled more than 2 working days (i.e. not including Saturday / Sunday) prior to the arrival date. A £10 administration fee per room charged.
Reservations cancelled within 2 days of arrival (excluding Saturday / Sunday). One night's accommodation plus £10 administration fee per room charged.
